I finally DID here from the seller about 12 hours ago and all he went on about what the shipping charges may be higher if he has to ship to another country. We're in the same country and I'm only about 1000 miles north of him! I IMMEDIATELY wrote him back to tell him that and have still not heard from him. since then, I've ordered and paid for 3 other things on eBay with no issues!
