I bought the 4 Bowery Boys DVD sets they had about 15 years ago and one of them was missing a disc AND a place to even hold it!! They were all sealed when I got them so, it was THEIR fault that I was missing the one disc! I wrote and asked them ONLY for the one missing disc, NOT the entire set it came from (there were 4 discs in each set) but they couldn't be bothered to send me just that one DVD that it was THEIR fault that I didn't have!! I paid for it, I SHOULD own it!! How much could it POSSIBLY cost them to send me a copy, a buck?? They're a multi-billion dollar company and they can't afford a buck??
