A Parlophone advert from the Daily Mirror of Friday 25 September 1942 lists this record on F 1941, coupled with Always in My Heart. "Two Voices and a Piano" is the description. There are some contemporary press adverts for them in variety. One bills them as "new broadcasting stars". Appearing at Liverpool's Shakespeare Theatre that December were Stanley Carter & Ruddi Evans - "Two Bright Boys and a Piano".

There's another Parlophone issue advertised in February 1943: We'll Smile Again / Ol' Banjo on F 1962.

It's official !!!!....You are the fountain of all knowledge !!!....Thank God there are people that still carry the flame and the enthusiasm for the Best of Days.....Stanley & Ruddi.....Did not know that at all.....Now I just have to find the record !!
