	kab2112 Wales, where men are men and sheep are nervous Member since Jan 2011 15459 Points Moderator	Having got rid of my Various Artist C/D collection due to a lack of space, I have also been getting rid of many of my bootleg C/Ds. A few years ago, I was in a small circle of like minded folk who exchanged bootleg C/Ds on a one to one basis. Many of these were good quality recordings - studio - soundboard – radio broadcasts etc. C/Ds were copied and posted, and artwork was sent by E-mail. We agreed that we would not distribute outside of the group and certainly not have any for sale. This arrangement fizzled out some time ago. I am still in touch with one or two of them but we don’t exchange stuff any longer. With the exception of a few of these, my discs were stored in boxes in a cupboard in my “Office”. Over the last few weeks, I have been “digitising” them by copying them onto a hard drive connected to my desktop computer. The discs have then been binned. This was not easy to do on my part as I don’t usually part with any of my music collection, although I did give some to one of the members here a few years ago. I have started to got through my collection on 45worlds and deselecting the "I own it" tab. This could take a while. I’m looking at the empty C/D cases and wonder what to do with these ?????
