Hi all. I've been trying to put together a discography of the Columbia FB label from 1940 onwards. It's nearly complete, but there are 4 on which I have found no information. Does anyone happen to know the artists and titles on the following?
FB 2461
FB 2654
FB 2733
FB 2818

I've tried looking through the relevant issues of the Gramophone and searching the British Newspaper Archive, but to no avail, so hoping someone here can help!
I've never heard of Columbia FB.
Have you tried looking here? https://archive.org/details/BillSpragueCollection-Gee-UnknownArtists
Columbia is the label, namely the British Columbia Graphophone Company. FB is the series. Here is one of their records: https://www.45worlds.com/78rpm/record/fb3180

One of the moderators here actually has the book, maybe they could help? https://www.45worlds.com/book/title/columbia-fb-variety-and-dance-band-records

Not sure how the Internet Archive link is of help.
I see! Thanks!
Well, desperate times call for desperate measures. Maybe you can check the various artists that recorded on that series to see if any of them might've recorded on those numbers.
