The first title was from a Jessie Matthews show, but not recorded by her or anyone else. There is sheet music with Matthews on the front cover. I do have videos of both sides being played, sent to me by a Turner Layton collector I met at the City of London Phonograph and Gramophone Society. He collects Layton and Johnstone records, seemingly including Layton's solo work. The collector in question doesn't seem able to do digital transfers, alas!
