Many of these 10" "Mini LP's" (see also here ) are just EP's which the record companies wanted to make more attractive. If it's 15 mins long it's not really a Long Player, whatever you call it !!

That's a fair point, I guess it would be straightforward to say if it's 10" (and not 78rpm) then it's in. Keeps things simple.

I'll add it later unless anyone gets there first.

Unless any conflicting opinions arrive in the meantime of course.
