I'd just put it in the notes when it comes to writers and producers. I think this info should just be presented as per the record label - the reason being, there is considerable inconsistency in the credits to many recordings, depending which issue you are looking at. If you put the label credits as stated, then corrections in notes, I think that's better, personally.
