	biffbampow Member since Jan 2013 65 Points	I HATED buying cassingles... they just never "felt" right to me but in some cases one didn't have much choice since vinyl editions became rarer and worse what vinyl there was was getting pressed on bad quality cheap vinyl. Too many brand new pieces of vinyl in the late 80's and very early 90's I'd get home and find crackles and unacceptable surface noise. Regardless to say I didn't buy that many cassingles and worse, the ones I did buy were disposed of 5 years ago! That's not saying I hate cassettes... on the contrary, cassettes were priceless in enabling me to make hundreds of hours of my own recordings of my life and adventures so still have a large cassette collection... plus the fun of creating mixtapes... I've still got all those... everything in fact except officially released cassette singles or albums!
