RecordDragon 12th Sep 2018		Should the label in this entry be changed? The 7-inch vinyl single has the label as Mercury Timepieces. Any reason this entry shouldn't follow suit?



nboldock 13th Feb 2014		Fair enough - we have it on 'Cat as a distinct label (and they made Timepieces-branded company sleeves by the looks of things) so let's leave it as it is for now. It is, as you say, a reissue series.



BeachBum 12th Feb 2014		I think Timepieces was a series, similar to "Capitol Starline" or "Elektra Spun Gold" over on the vinyl side. I saw others in the series back then but this was the only one I bought.



nboldock 12th Feb 2014		I think the label should be just Polygram, with "Timepieces" as a title. It might be a series but it doesn't look like an actual label imprint to me. Anybody agree/disagree?



BeachBum 12th Feb 2014		both recordings are copyright 1986 but this 'oldies' cassingle was released some years later, probably somewhere between 1989-1992
