Hi Magic! Apologies. I meant to get back with you about the first change you made, in reference to the cat #. The "7" is there, it is just hard to see in that photo. Having been on discogs for a couple of years, I learned that details and accuracy are important. So, I do my best to not enter information that isn't there. It should be reverted.
As for the difference between the two. This one is the Columbia House club edition, which is why it has a different cat #. If memory serves, the "SR' produced one is a regular release that was manufactured by Specialty Records Corporation. So, "normal" cat # from Island records.
Sorry Unique, I may have made a blunder with this one, but I'd appreciate it if you ccould help me out with this one...
...I switched the cat numbers again, as I couldn't see the primary cat number you entered, but in so doing, it appeared in the U2 (US) discography as a duplicate to another cassette you yourself entered.
I therefore moved contents (And your "Own") to the other one.
...But looking closely at each, I see they are different items, by virtue of the different sized logo on the cassettes themselves, plus the addition of "SR" on the other, but other than that, I have to say I'm struggling to see what the difference is, and why they needed two cassette releases for the same market of the same date.
...I can only assume the "SR" is the significant factor here?
(Or could they both be on the same page as a simple variation of a single issue?)
As you own both, could you tell me what's going on with these please?
