This is a strange reel-to-reel item, maybe the equivalent of a test pressing or a promo release on vinyl. The box and the reel are 5 inches by 5 inches, rather than the usual 7 inches that were reel albums. There is no catalogue number, no identification on the tape itself, and the only info available is handwritten on the box. It's interesting also that the tape contains, presumably, only the album-length version of the song; a shorter edited version appeared on Atlantic's 7-inch vinyl release. Maybe Kath (see writing upper left) will see this and give some more detail.
