Inlay:
J-card type, paper, slightly glossy, printed on both sides.

Inlay front:
Album is titled ”Number 1” [original LP was eponymously titled).
Facsimile of original LP front on front panel.
Inlay inner flap shortens title of ”Now I’ve Got A Witness...” (presumably for space) while back flap lists full text ”...(Like Uncle Phil And Uncle Gene).
Inlay inner flap indicates some items are re-processed stereo [but does not indicate which].

Inlay reverse:
Andrew Loog Oldhams’ blurb in full from back of original LP is featured on inner flap reverse, plus adverts for 5 other Stones cassette tapes on Decca on reverse of front panel.
Publishers info is printed on reverse of back flap, plus printer code H.

Cassette:
Cream shell, paper labels.

Labels:
Silver background with blue printing.
80s-style Decca logo and label colours (blue/red/white Decca logo; silver background/blue printing).

Album called “Number 1” on both labels.
“Now I’ve Got A Witness…” title shortened again on Side 1 label (again, presumably for space).

Dolby Double-D logo.

YankeeDisc SUBS 27th Jun 2014		The H code for the printer may have been used by E. Hannibal, Leicester, but is unconfirmed. There is a reference to them printing 45 single labels for Chiswick records at comment #14, page one at EP sleeves, and the printers involved......singles too. Their address was E. Hannibal & Co. Ltd. - Pinfold Rd., Thurmaston, Leicester They now trade as Polestar Hannibal Ltd., Pinfold Road, Thurmaston, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE4 8AP There is a link at the discogs site, but only lists picture sleeves for singles from 1979 on, so it looks unlikely to be them that printed the Rolling Stones inlay card.
BiggieTembo-45worlds🍰 24th Jun 2014		I haven't added a date for this cassette, because I can't be sure exactly when the silver/blue/red/white Decca logo was introduced - I remember Decca LPs (made with wibbly-wobbly thin vinyl) using this type of logo in the early - mid 80s, but that's as far as I get. Any of you Decca-heads out there know exactly when the silver/blue/red/white Decca logo was introduced? Feel free to add a date ;-)
