Language format tweak

	TopPopper Member since Mar 2013 2612 Points	One for the mods, I guess: When song titles are entered in some other script than Roman, they usually have English translations too - but there's no space between them. Here's an example to show what I mean: Танцующая королева(Dancing Queen) It makes it a tad awkward to read. Is it possible to separate them with a space, or dash etc?
