Language format tweak

One for the mods, I guess:

When song titles are entered in some other script than Roman, they usually have English translations too - but there's no space between them. Here's an example to show what I mean:

Танцующая королева(Dancing Queen)

It makes it a tad awkward to read. Is it possible to separate them with a space, or dash etc?

Hi,

I've been adding spaces into some of these.(We'll get to the rest).

It's merely the way the user has inputted them.

We'll also drop a note out.

Thanks. I noticed it a few times - thought it was set up that way. Never tried doing one myself, but I've got a few in the pipeline...
