It is. You'd think it would be tough to offload the records, though (without being fingered) - hope they get them back.

I doubt until they read the paper they will even know that they could be worth cash. When they find out the collecting market is quite small the discs will probaly get dumped.

I wonder if they were catalogued - I'm sure some of us are moving in 'circles' where they might turn up.

Something like this is a very specific market, so it would be easy to trace. Would be like someone stealing 10 dump trucks all at once.
Just as an update though, they seemed to have gotten them back.
