 | sick and tired Always a problem Member since Sep 2014 765 Points | I bought this CD from Amazon UK a few months after release. It arrived with no booklet. I contacted them; they sent me another one, again no booklet. I was told that maybe this was a second pressing of the CD and the company decided not to release the booklet. I don’t believe that. Has anybody else received this CD with no booklet? I notice in the scan that there are 40 pages to the booklet, are there any lyrics included? |

It's possible that there were two versions - one with DVD and booklet, one without, although it seems perverse to me (even by Bonzo standards) to omit the booklet. As the person who posted the entry here, I can tell you that the booklet is totally devoid of lyrical content. |

| sick and tired Always a problem Member since Sep 2014 765 Points | Wow, 40 pages and no lyrics. That’s surprising! Yes, I received the DVD with the CD. I knew something was wrong when I received it and the outside box was flat (I thought why did they make the box so thick if only two discs were in it). I was very disappointed when I was reading reviews of the CD and they were mentioning the booklet. And I knew Bonzo would include something more than just the discs. Very disappointed. |
