The first link shows a typical label. The big name at the top is of course Firestone, the small print at the bottom says "FTP records" (which is what I'd think would be the one to use), The "Forrell And Thomas" comes from the back sleeve on the erly issues, the records were produced by Forrell, Thomas and Polack Associates" who were the advertising agency. Volumes 4 through 7 do say Forrell and Thomas on the label.
Someone has also suggested the discs were actually produced by RCA special markets, but that is not indicated anywhere.
What would be best, I want to be consistent so they show up together (again, my thought would be to use "FTP" ( Google references an article in Billboard in 1960 saying FT&P were launching the new label "FTP Records")

Actually, lookihg at them, I think I'd best just go with the way the labels are printed, and if we can link the two afterwards, fine. (I didn't want to upload the label from vol. 4 to show the difference because my copy is mono).

OK, all loaded. If "Forrell and Thomas" is linked with "FTP" in labels we should come up OK. The only one that's "not right" would be volume 2, shows "Firestone" as the label.
Using "Firestone" as a search term in "all" it does bring them all up, by virture of the word in the title (and the label in volume 2)
