Help, added two tapes John Lennon, Rolling Stones that I got when I was in Bali,
not sure if these are legit or bootleg, also not sure if the cat# and label are correct, I do not want to add any more until confirmed what I’m doing is correct.
They look legit to me, but I think some of these Far East releases are a bit of a grey area. I think either the copyright laws are laxer in that part of the world, or it just isn't enforced so much. In any case, these look like factory product, not a home bootlegging operation.

Look fine to me, if you wanted to be pendantic nearly all of the output of cassettes from the Far East in the 60s/70s are possibly less than official releases. The bootleg label should really be kept for those unofficial concert recordings and dodgy tapes sold at car boots.

Thanks TP, RP , I did get them and others from a store, not that any guarantee, did wonder with the Stones regarding PolyGram -Decca and year, I was in Bali 1992, 93, 94 but what year the tape?
Did get some Rolex’s would they be genuine ?

I’ve been adding scans of the cassettes, but do you need them unless they have info of the tracks on them.
Also Jimi Hendrix 517235-4, PolyGram or Polydor , when adding info dropdown list shows Polydor a later date to when I bought this (1994) so added it as PolyGram, though both show on the label?.

I'd have said Polydor for that one...
When I was adding the detail, a dropdown list showed (can not remember dates shown) 1980-1996 PolyGram, 2006 Polydor. I bought it 1994.
