Hmmm...

Myself, I'd have just listed the track as 'Medley' and put the constituent titles in the Notes field. Alternately, used 'Medley' as the title followed by a ':' then the songs separated by '/'. I do concede that that looks a bit untidy, though...

I was using this as a template 754-4 when there's more than one artist and adapting it to Tape Media for medleys as they are all Track 12. It looks tidier than the other methods but happy to change it if needed.

I prefer using ; to separate titles not keen on /
Also can use ; to separate composers in medley credits.

I've been using Graham7's method with colons and semi-colons since I first saw it.
My problem when I first started was matching the composer to the title when you had a large number of songs. This way seems to work nicely
