No author pseudonyms on this world

As you've probably noticed different editions of the same book link up automatically in this world. For this reason it's important that we use a unified credit for each author and not strictly what it says on the spine of the book.

i.e. NOT
Kurt Vonnegut
Kurt Vonnegut, Jr
Kurt Vonnegut Jr
Kurt Vonnegut, Jr.

As this will mean that they can't match up.

Instead we must choose one credit Kurt Vonnegut and stick to it. If in doubt check how Wikipedia credit the author and use that, we can always edit in the future if we need to.

For authors who use a completely different names for certain books (for whatever reason) we should link their 2 (or more) bibliographies with a See Also i.e. Iain Banks and Iain M. Banks

The pseudonym feature has now been deleted from the code for this world.
