I have a number of Canadian pressed K-Tel albums, however a lot of them contain the "Capitol" logo and are also pressed by them and copyrighted also by Capitol.

I suggest you go by the catalog numbers: NC-, TC-, WC- look like K-Tel, and an S prefix is probably Capitol.

I don't know if that's exactly the right answer. As I recall these were licensed by Capitol to K-Tel. and seeing as K-Tel is shown as the primary label, they are best entered as a new label along the lines of "K-Tel/ Capitol", and then having that new label folded into the main K-Tel listings.
