 | kab2112 SUBS Wales, where men are men and sheep are nervous Member since Jan 2011 15476 Points Moderator | I've finally run out of space, having filled two rooms. I have all the record collector magazines from early 1984 onwards and it looks like they will be "recycled" I did advertise them as a job lot - no charge - but no takers. I need to clear some space, so they will have to go along with loads of other magazines. |

| kab2112 SUBS Wales, where men are men and sheep are nervous Member since Jan 2011 15476 Points Moderator | The Record Collector magazines amount to about 400 issues, all stored in those boxes that you would get 5 reams of printer / photocopy paper in. and about 18 issues in each box. Along with the other magazines I need to get rid of ( Mojo, Vox, Q, Classic Rock etc).There are a lot of boxes !!!. What I want to do is to have them collected or put them all in the back of my mate's pick up truck and take them to the recycle centre.. I don't have the inclination to take some here, some there, etc. or let people cherry pick as some wanted to do. |

As many of them are over 30 years old in any case, perhaps the dump is the best place for them |

| kab2112 SUBS Wales, where men are men and sheep are nervous Member since Jan 2011 15476 Points Moderator | I had the same type of issue a few years ago where i could not give away about 1200 music cassettes and lots of vhs tapes. I ended up taking them to the local recycling centre. Again I had some people who wanted to cherry pick, but I binned the lot. |
