I have two one sided test pressings for the Parlophone album PMC1134 - Parade Of The Pops (1961). This album is already listed and there is no specific category for test pressings in 'vinyl albums'. The PMC1134 does not appear on the items only the matrix numbers. Should I just add the images to the proper release?

I would say yes. You can add suitable descriptions to the images and/or as a comment.

Test pressings are typically followed by stock pressings at some point and should be included with that releases label and catalogue information. But what about a test pressing of a release that was pulled prior to production? Maybe there should be a Record Type for these unfortunate souls.

Ok, thanks all. I'll add the images to the existing entry.

Fair point. When one turns up it would be best to enter it as normal and use the "Unreleased" option with suitable notes.
