I was out diggin' again today (got some good classical stuff :)... but among the78s was a His Master's Voice one with a white label, and "Not For Sale" on it.
I assume this is some kind of promo... it had "selections" from other records, but gave only the cat numbers of the records they were from, no titles.
White label, just headed as a "Key" release.
I was on a budget today (ten whole pounds!), so didn't buy it, but it's one of those things that nags at me all the way home (like a little piggy)...

OK, you've twisted my arm (as much as needed twisting!)...
...I'll head back to ye shoppe next week and get it
(It'll still be there, I'm sure.... I'll just have to beat up a politician and steal his lunch money in order to buy it - but hey, I'll just call that a bonus :)
I've been there so many times. (Nagging feeling over unbought records, that is, not assaulting politicians - although my main barrier in that respect is proximity.) I've kind of developed a rule for myself - if an unbought record is bugging me as I go on my way, it means I should go back and get it, so I do. Saves an inevitable return journey.
