Curious, I just entered this record but unsure if the word Foxtrot should be entered into the title even though it's on the title line on the label. It's not really part of the song title!?

The answer is no, it should not be a part of the title but can, if you wish, be added to the notes, as I have done. The reason for this is Foxtrot is merely stating the type of music on the disc; the same applies to March, Sea Shanty, Waltz, etc.
Though it must be said this mainly applies when the above terms are separated from the title by being in brackets or by -.

I tend to add in the Record Notes with the painted Matrix Number so you know what side one is talking about. More difficult with classical ones where it is Beautifal Symphony 1- Allegro, 2-Andante 3 Allegrando
