Yesterday I had a look at the cd's listed as Tring, Tring International PLC, Tring International, Tring / Double Play, Double Play and numerous other combinations and countries. Made something better of this mess. Now all under Tring with a separate subsidiary Double Play. Although these cd's were probably for sale in many countries I made it a UK label (where it was based).
EMI Gold is now divided into 3 "countries" UK, Europe and International. Like to have a go at that and merging into UK (the compilations originate from UK) with the UK cat number being primary, creating a kind of uniformity. Australian made (not only issued) will be separated.
Comments? Don't be harsh, it's my birthday today...

leonard, happy birthday and thanks for the present of separating the EMI Gold catalogue so that it recognises Australia as country for these releases. I think some of the EMI Gold series may have also appeared in Canada but having them all separated makes more sense to me. Thanks birthday boy.
