Bootleg Saudi Arabian tape

Hi all, I've got this bootleg compilation in my hands, Royal Institue (sic) Of Rock And Roll 100% Rock 1980, with mostly rock tracks mostly from the late seventies. There's no label name, just a pair of footprints and the cat number is S-1288A. There's no artist names but they are the original versions. The tape has Japan pressed into the case at the top left corner. Does anyone have anymore information about it?

You will see there is 15 tapes already on the site Foot Print it seems they were mainly on sale in airports etc. to westerners working in the oil/gas fields and transit passengers.
