I have been trying to date the re-issue of "From Elvis Presley Boulevard, Memphis, Tennessee" on the RCA blue lable with 'Elvis' logo but without much success.
I have seen from https://www.elvisukvinyl.co.uk/history
reference to the fact the RCA 'orange label' was the norm for 9 years up until May 1978. The release of the album 'Elvis - The '56 Sessions Vol. 1' was the first of the new blue labels with a scripted 'elvis' logo across the top. Some older albums were re-pressed using this label.
It goes on to say the next new label was introduced by RCA around late 1980. It was known as 'New Black' and was primarily used for re-pressings of previous singles. It would be used later on re-pressings of older albums.
So this indicates that this album was re-issued sometime between May 1978 and late 1980. Can anyone narrow that down any more? I have tried a varierty of internet searches but without any success.
But the next question is, if the date can't be narrowed down, how do I enter my LP when the date is May 1978 - late 1980 asit is a separate release to the 1976 release?

If the catalogue number is the same, just add the label images and add a note saying 'Blue label images (add the image numbers here) are re-issues from sometime between 19xx and 19xx'
That what I do for RCA and Bluebird stuff in the 78 world
