I was evicted from my house 2 months ago and 3 weeks ago some company called, AYPToday.com took all the stuff I never had the time to take, including over 1000 78's.
I'm still trying to find out where they took them so I can get everything back! I was told I'd have a chance to go get the rest of my stuff but, I was only told about the date VIA E-MAIL!! I TOLD my "lawyer" that I don't have internet but he STILL never called to tell me about that date!! If you're in the Pittsburgh area, keep an eye out for a Goodwill or thrift store, especially in the Belzhoover area, getting about 1300 78's, all of a sudden. One is a Glenn Miller record (on Bluebird) with his autograph on one side and that of his 2 singers (Ray Eberle and I think the other is Betty Hutton, I can't seem to recall her correct name) on the other. It has a crack in it. I have no way of knowing what else they got. Another is a slightly beat up copy of Blue Suede Shoes on Sun, Carl Perkins.
Thanks for any help you can afford me.
As I have no internet at my aunt's house, I can only check on the library computers and who knows when I can get back here. This is my first chance since Dec. 18th.
