| 12 sided centre holes on Columbia UK c.1936/7? |

 | scrough No picture 'cos I'm not into 45rpm :( Member since Jan 2013 3428 Points Moderator | Has anybody noticed a 12 sided centre hole on a UK Columbia 78rpm circa Autumn 1936 or later, as mentioned on the cover of this supplement? |

| Bamboo Member since Apr 2019 372 Points | I wonder if you have seen this scrough ? Quite a lengthy 'discussion' about 12 sided centre holes. It seems that HMV produced them too ? It seems that they are not immediately noticeable because the label hole is round ? Peter Adamson's article refers to the November 1936 supplement, but we now know the polygon hole was also advertised in the previous month. So I'll get a scan sent off to him.
