"Treasure of Clyde" CDs

I cannot find any official info about it. It is being sold as mp3 tracks now. The thing is, I have Clyde McPhatter's "Thirty Days" from it and it appears to be electronic stereo, sounds great. What kind of release was this? If it really was CDs in 1991 I'd like to see it listed, even if bootleg.
