| Items not appearing in my Collection after submission accepted |

 | Roland Lavallee Member since Feb 2021 248 Points | Hi, I've been submitting a lot of 78rpm records. Once I hit the 49th record, my submissions are accepted but do not show up on my Collection page. I did recently submit four images for the editors to properly crop. |

 | Redpunk SUBS Crates Are For Digging Member since Aug 2012 25322 Points Moderator | It could be you are adding duplicates but should still show in your collection as that should be moved to the original entry. If you could give me the Cat. No.s of the missing 78's I'll check for you. |

| Roland Lavallee Member since Feb 2021 248 Points | Oh, I hadn't thought of that. I keep a separate list as I search the database and if I don't find it in the database, I've been entering a new 78. My list is in Excel so I'll sort my list as I do know I have duplicates and then I'll search my online Collection. Thank you!! I had not thought of this. |

| Roland Lavallee Member since Feb 2021 248 Points | Redpunk, I found out my issue. I assumed that if I make an entry into the database, it will automatically be added to my Collection. As I found out, I still have to do the I Own to get it into my Collection. |
