We currently have three counties shown for the Park label. The imprint appears to have started in 1991, at which time it was probably UK-centred, but over the years it probably spread its wings to a wider distribution, and two members have added CDs as European. In adding PRKCD53 from 2000 I have entered it as International because the last page of the booklet lists offices both for Park Records UK in Oxford and Park Records USA in Cambridge Massachusetts.
If anyone gets a chance to review any of the entries, they may find some indication of the intended market, and we may be able to edit their countries.

After a cursory look, I don't think the 'Park' under Europe is the same label (the cat# style is sufficiently different to flag that up, to me at least; plus the genre of music on that label). So we'll need to try to separate that out, possibly by re-designating the UK one as 'Park [Folk]'.
I also think that the one you've flagged as 'international' should go under UK. The presence of the US address doesn't, in my view, mean that the disc was released there; it's just an office address for the US.
