I recently entered an LP on the TIME label (S/2082). After entering the tracks, I found I had to enter a main Artist. But once I chose Various Artists, all of the separate Artists disappeared from all of the tracks I'd entered,

Yes that happens you must set the main artist at the start any attempt to alter that main artist will overwrite what you have added. It's happened to me and my response was !!!@@@****

Rich, I have combined your entry with the original entry. The release date will need to be verified as yours had a different date to that of the original entry.
Not sure what you mean by "Artist credit not entered according to what is on the LP".

I gave the 1962 date because of what the LP said about Bertha Tillman, with her being "one of the best new female artists" on the cover. Her record came out earlier in the year, in March IIRC.
There are also a couple of mis-credits on the original listing, not according to what the labels actually said. For instance, The Beau Marks is credited as simply Beau-Marks (no The, and with a hyphen) on both the labels and jacket. Hugo Montenegro shows as Hugo Montenegro & Orch. on the labels, which is what I thought you were supposed to go by when entering the info.

If you click in each text area for the Track Artists and press CRTL + Z it will go back to what was previously in them.

It's fine to enter Beau-Marks. The name may already be shown in "The Beau Marks" discography, or you can flag it up here in this forum.
We usually show the principal name by reference to the precedent on 45cat: here the headline name should be The Beau Marks
