Stanley Carter & Ruddi Evans Mystery 78

	Mike Wilson1 Musicologist Member since Dec 2019 26 Points	Here is an enquiry from my seemingly impossible to find list so I hope to recruit all the experts on this site (and there are many) into solving this one.....Way back around 1941 two guys by the names of Stanley Carter and Ruddi Evans recorded a version of "One Dozen Roses" on Parlophone F 1941 under the name of Carter & Evans....I think it sank without a trace so I don't think that they recorded anything else.....These are mainly suppositions as I'd love it if they had been prolific recording artists......I have no pictures of the said duo, nor have I ever seen the record, heard it or know anybody who has it.....I'm not making this up !!!......You know what I'm going to say next.....Does anyone know anything about this at all ?.....Do you have the record ?....All you Sherlocks out there, start now !!
