There are two entries for Clara Butt X 225 one with title Madame and one with Dame these should be linked if not merged.

Indeed they should, thanks for pointing it out. She also recorded much of her repertoire before she was honoured in 1920, so I hope we will see some entries for Clara Butt soon. Let's keep "Dame Clara Butt" as the main entry as that is how she is best known now
(She was also credited as Clara Butt on a 1916 set by the New Queen's Hall Orchestra under Sir Henry Wood)

My fault - I only looked in the dated section, and Madame Clara and Clara didn't throw up any matches. She'd obviously been poached from HMV as a catalogue around this time says she was recording exclusively for Columbia.
