Check these out? Do they really qualify??

They look more to me like Samplers or CD EP's
Also, if they claim to be promos, why is there a pseudo bar code?

Actually they do say Promotional not for sale and are described as samplers so I'd say they were promos despite the barcode.

What we don't know is how long the discs are overall, whether it's snippets of each track.
