Originally broadcast on the CTV in Canada, this series also aired on cable in the US. Different versions of the episodes with uncensored nudity and language were aired in the US.

Popularized Bob Einstein's inept stuntman character Super Dave Osborne, who had previously appeared on several US series dating back to 1972. After Bizarre ended, Einstein continued to portray Super Dave in the TV series Super Dave, a movie, and numerous TV guest appearances.
