Neil Forbes 10th Jul 2015		Methinks the producers were "loafin' around" when they came up with this "crumby" excuse for a sit-com! Certainly was "half-baked" and not worth a "crust"!(I think I've used up just about every possible pun there is on this show, ha-ha).



doormanperdomo 8th Jun 2015		Apparently, Carla Lane's stock was held in pretty high esteem by the BBC oligarchy. It must be difficult to write for the opposite sex, but I always found (most of) her male characters unconvincing.

henry29 8th Jun 2015		This show was Bad as It learned people how to turn over the country and live a life of Wealth on the Dole. How they would put In for every Benefit going with ease. How the Granddad lived next door the daughter was a Model the Boys going out buying and selling and Joey well how did He make His money. And all of this while drawing a Huge cash benefit from the Tax payer. And then come Home with wads of cash to Trough Into a China Chicken In the middle of the Table. They would not last two minutes on a Modern Unemployment Exchange. And the country found this funny. H.

Neil Forbes 6th Jun 2015		Agree wholeheartedly, Monolith! This turned up on Aussie ABC-TV some years ago(before Digital TV broadcasting) and it was "stale" even back then!
