Preceded by a made-for-TV play A Magnum for Schneider. Two years after the series ended on TV, the pilot was adapted into a feature film called Callan with Woodward and other TV cast members reprising their roles (but the film was not part of the TV series continuity). In 1981, Woodward reprised the role for the made for TV film Wet Job before playing the similar character of Robert McCall in the US series The Equalizer.

Record Collector 21st Jun 2015		Ahh yes great memories watching this on ABC Television here in Australia Classic series that theme music used to scare me these the sort of shows they should bring back Instead of those crappy realality shows
