Notes

Technically a spin-off of Desperate Housewives, as Roselyn Sánchez first appeared as Carmen Luna in an episode of Housewives a year before the series debuted. The series was intended to air on ABC, and shared production personnel with Desperate Housewives (with that series' co-star Eva Longoria a producer), but the network pulled out. The pilot was released online and then the Lifetime cable network aired the series itself.

Based upon the Mexican series Ellas son la Alegria del Hogar.

This was Susan Lucci's first TV series after her 41-year run on the soap opera All My Children.
