Made-for-syndication western-sitcom from producer Sherwood Schwartz, devised as a remake of Bob Denver's earlier Gilligan's Island series, only instead of seven castaways on a remote island, the series follows the misadventures of seven pioneers who become separated from their wagon train while crossing the "wild west". Co-stars Saunders and Riley previously appeared during different eras of Petticoat Junction.
