Short-lived sitcom, not to be confused with the long-running medical drama E.R. that debuted in the 1990s. George Clooney, co-star of E/R, would go on to become of the leads of the later E.R., while Mary McDonnell later went on to appear in a five-episode story arc of E.R. that won her an Emmy.
