Hector Con Carne is a crime lord who's brain and his stomach is installed onto a purple Russian circus bear by Major Dr. Ghastly after Hector Con Carne gets caught in an explosion by his nemesis Cod Commando blasting is body parts all over the world. General Skarr Hector Con Carne sidekick would become a minor character in The Grim Adventures of Bill & Mandy The series came to an end in an episode of The Grim Adventures Of Bill And Mandy 3 years after it was canceled. There was 2 series with 13 episodes.
