Comedy series showcasing outtakes from TV series and movies. The ABC series was created to capitalize upon the success of NBC's TV's Bloopers & Practical Jokes. Like the NBC show, Foul-Ups also included Candid Camera-like gag segments. However due to NBC owning the trademark rights for using the word "blooper" at the time, that particular term was never used.

The series was also seen as a follow-up to a series of specials titled Life's Most Embarrassing Moments.

Notable for featuring the first US network broadcast of outtakes from the original Star Trek series.
