Notes

Launched by the CBC in response to the success of the CTV sitcom Corner Gas. Both series are set in a fictional Saskatchewan town (though unlike Corner Gas, which was almost completely shot in Saskatchewan, production of Little Mosque was split between the province and Toronto). The two series exist in the same fictional universe as an episode of Little Mosque included a reference to Dog River (the fictional setting of Corner Gas).

The title and series logo is a spoof of the 1970s TV series Little House on the Prairie.

After its original run completed, the series was syndicated on Hulu and in the US under the shorter title Little Mosque. A planned US remake was announced in 2008 for the Fox Network but was never produced.
