TV Series
Notes Thames TV's answer to the BBC's "Blue Peter" which hit an immediate chord being much livelier and trendier focusing more on what kids really liked, hence much pop music was featured. Unlike "Blue Peter" the show was rarely ever scripted so had a much looser feel. Over it's time, the presenters were Pete Brady, Susan Stranks, Tony Bastable, Dougie Rae, Mick Robertson, Jenny Hanley and Tommy Boyd. Unfortunately less than a hundred editions are left. Apart from brief inserts and a one off film special in 1971, absolutely nothing exists from before 1972 and even then the archive is pretty bare until 1975. The bulk of what's left are the last couple of years. Images
