Notes

Following the end of The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Moore's first TV project was an attempt at a musical-comedy variety series similar to the recently-ended Carol Burnett Show. The show was a flop, being cancelled after only three episodes (before the 1978-79 season was over, Moore would try for a second series with The Mary Tyler Moore Hour).

The series is remembered today primarily for featuring early TV work by Michael Keaton, David Letterman and Swoosie Kurtz.

Not to be confused with the 1985 sitcom Mary, which also starred Mary Tyler Moore
