nboldock 15th Feb 2017		Absolutely brilliant, but deeply disturbing, National Treasure sees Robbie Coltrane turn in a tour de force performance as celebrity comedian/actor Paul, who finds himself accused of historic sex offences. The script doesn't shy away from the obvious comparisons with the likes of Jimmy Savile, Stuart Hall and Rolf Harris - in fact, all three are mentioned in the programme. What is particularly clever is that right up to the end, you don't know whether to think Paul is guilty, or not guilty. All four episodes are available on the All4 app (Channel 4 TV app) if you want to find out. If you haven't watched this - do. It's compelling (and occasionally distressing) viewing, and Coltrane and Walters are utterly magnificent from start to finish. Recommended.
