Live action Adult Swim production spoofing US crime shows, particularly the genre using all-initial titles. The initials in this case stand for National Terrorism Strike Force: San Diego: Sport Utility Vehicle ... with two more colons added for good measure. Three seasons worth of 15-minute episodes were produced.

The "pilot" for this show was a series of mock advertisements that aired during the series Children's Hospital during the 2010-2011 season.
